Are You Tired of Wasting Money on Expensive Feed?
Raising chickens, pigs, or cows is hard work. You spend a lot of money on feed. But half of it gets wasted. The animals pick the good parts and leave the rest. Dust and leftovers go into the mud. This is a big problem for small farmers. You need a way to save money. You need a way to make your own feed easily. Our new feed pellet machine solves this problem. It uses a special car rear axle design. This makes it strong and quiet. You can turn corn, straw, and grass into hard pellets. The animals eat everything. Nothing is wasted. You control the ingredients. You control the cost. It is simple to use. It works like a meat grinder but for animal food. This machine helps you make professional feed at home or on the farm.
Why This Machine Is Different (The Car Rear Axle Secret)
Most cheap machines break easily. They use weak belts that slip. They make loud noise. Our machine is different. We use a real car rear axle and differential for the transmission. This is heavy-duty metal. It does not break.
Strong and Stable Power
The axle connects to the motor with a universal joint shaft. This means the power goes straight to the grinding wheel. There is no slipping. The machine runs very smooth. You do not hear loud grinding sounds. It is quiet enough to use near your house. The gears are sealed in oil. They stay cool and last a long time. We use pure copper wire motors. They give you strong power. They do not overheat.
Long Life Parts
The inside parts are the most important. We use high-carbon alloy steel for the rollers and the flat die (the metal plate with holes). We heat-treat them to make them super hard. This is the same metal used in big factory machines. It resists wear. Even if you grind hard corn or wood chips, it stays sharp for a long time. You do not need to change parts every month. This saves you money on repairs.
What Can You Make? (Raw Materials)
This machine is not picky. It eats almost anything dry. You can use:
- Grains: Corn, soybean meal, wheat, rice bran.
- Grass and Straw: Peanut vines, corn stalks, wheat straw, alfalfa.
- Other: Rice husks, sawdust (for bedding or fuel), even some organic waste.
You can mix these together. For example, mix 70% corn powder with 30% straw. This makes cheap feed for cows and sheep. For pigs and chickens, use more corn and soybean meal. The machine squeezes the mix through small holes. The pressure creates heat. This heat cooks the starch inside. It makes the feed tasty and easy to digest.
Technical Specs and Model Selection
We have many sizes. You can choose the one that fits your needs. Here is a simple guide.

- Motor: 2.2 kW or 3 kW
- Output: 80 – 200 kg per hour
- Die Size: 120mm or 150mm diameter
- Weight: About 70 – 100 kg
- Use: Rabbits, chickens, ducks, small pigs.
- Model 200/260:
- Motor: 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW (Some use 1400W special drive)
- Output: 200 – 400 kg per hour
- Die Size: 200mm or 260mm
- Weight: About 120 – 150 kg
- Use: Large flocks of chickens, medium pigs, goats.
Large Farm Models (380V Three Phase)
These need industrial power. For serious farming.
- Model 300/400:
- Motor: 15 kW to 30 kW
- Output: 500 – 1500 kg per hour (Up to 1.5 tons!)
- Die Size: 300mm to 400mm
- Structure: Vertical ring die (bigger capacity)
- Use: Cattle farms, large pig houses, fish ponds.
Die (Mold) Hole Sizes
The hole size decides the pellet size. We give you different molds:
- 1.5mm – 2.0mm: For baby chicks, fish, small birds.
- 2.5mm – 3.0mm: For young pigs, ducks, geese.
- 4.0mm – 6.0mm: For chickens, rabbits, adult pigs.
- 8.0mm – 12mm: For cattle, sheep, horses. (Special order)
How to Use It (Super Simple)
You do not need to be an engineer. Here are the steps:
- Grind First: Make sure your corn or straw is in powder form. Use a hammer mill first if you have whole corn.
- Mix Water (Optional): The material should be a bit damp. If it is too dry, add a little water. If it is too wet, add dry powder. Squeeze a handful. If it holds shape but does not drip, it is perfect.
- Start Machine: Turn on the switch. Check the arrow for direction.
- Feed: Pour the mix into the hopper. Do not put your hand in!
- Adjust: There is a screw to adjust the gap between the roller and die. Tighter gap makes harder pellets.
- Cut: The machine has a cutter on the outside. Turn it to change the length. You can make short nuggets or long pellets.
- Oil: Add gear oil to the rear axle gearbox. Grease the bearings every 2 weeks. That is all the maintenance you need.
Benefits for Your Farm
Using this machine changes your business. Here is why:
Save 50% on Feed Costs
Buying bags of feed is expensive. Making your own costs half as much. You use local crops. You do not pay for packaging or shipping bags.
Animals Grow Faster
Pellets are “pre-cooked” by the pressure. The starch is gelatinized. The protein is easier to eat. Animals absorb more nutrition. Chickens lay more eggs. Pigs gain weight faster. Cows give more milk.
Keep Feed Fresh and Dry
Loose powder gets moldy in rain. Pellets are hard. They do not absorb water easily. You can store them for months in a bag. No rot. No bugs.
Kill Bacteria
The high pressure and heat inside the machine kill most bacteria and parasites in the raw material. This keeps your animals healthy. You spend less on medicine.
Who Is This For?
- Small Home Breeders: If you have 10-50 chickens or a few pigs, the small 125/150 model is perfect. It fits in a garage.
- Medium Farms: If you have 100-500 birds or a small cattle herd, the 260 or 300 model works best.
- Fish Farmers: Use the 2mm or 3mm die. The pellets float on water. Fish love them. No waste in the pond.
- Organic Farmers: You can make certified organic feed. You know exactly what goes in. No chemicals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use it with a diesel engine?A: Yes! If you do not have electricity, you can connect a small diesel engine (6HP to 20HP) to the pulley or direct drive. It works great in the field.Q: How loud is it?A: Because of the rear axle and universal joint, it is very quiet. It is much quieter than old belt-driven machines. You can talk while it runs.Q: What if the machine stops working?A: First, check if the material is too wet. Second, check if the die is new (new dies need oil to break in). Third, check the belt tension. We provide a 1-year warranty for the motor and gearbox. We send spare parts fast.Q: Can I make wood pellets for fuel?A: Yes. If you use the 8mm or 10mm die, you can make biomass fuel pellets from sawdust and straw. It is a good way to make extra money.
