What Is a Vacuum Packaging Machine and How Does It Work?

A vacuum sealer removes air from a bag before closing it. Why is this important? Air has oxygen and moisture. Oxygen makes food rot. Moisture makes metal rust. Bacteria and mold need air to grow.
